Artist, author, and my friend, Jessica Yatrofsky (and me).
The predominantly Buddhist precept of the internal reflecting the external and a clean space experienced as a feeling, connect the central principles and metaphors we’ll be exploring during this 90-minute practical conversation. Connecting the KonMari Method to Hypnotherapy, we are de-cluttering the outer world and the inner world through action, visualization, and meditation. Psychological organization can equate to physiological states, and a clean space can support a sense of peace and order in similar ways — balancing calmly within somatic peace and equilibrium. Tickets: $40 / free for members.
